"I had insurance at this office for 7 years. For the most part, it was the most enjoyable insurance experience I have had. The lady sometimes at the front desk and who usually answered the phone was kind of hateful, but everyone else was beyond nice. I kept using this office for some time even after I moved to a different city. The only reason I left is because corporate State Farm raised my rates, otherwise I'd still be there!"

"I called Tonya before we moved to town, she was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and set me up with renters insurance via phone. "Yes, I'm John White's mom, and I give him great reviews today because we lived in South Carolina for 10 years and the State Farm agent we had when we first moved there was not the best. John's staff are all so friendly, but it was not so in other agencies we had before John came on board at State Farm. Believe me, mother's are the first to correct their son's if they don't do a good job, but we are proud of his hard word."
